Returns & Exchanges 

Hook for a Handicraft is not able to support and returns or exchanges at this time. This is a small business operated by a single person, which means that returns and exchanges are outside of the scope of my ability to support. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me directly at hookforahandicraft@gmail.com or by filling out the form on the contact section of the website. Be sure to include your order number.

Shipping

Wherever possible, Hook for a Handicraft aims to support the United States Postal Service. Unless there is a need to change, packages will be processed through USPS.

As the sole proprietor of a micro business, I am only able to support shipping within the United States. This is due to the added expense of complying with country-specific regulations around international sales, which go beyond shipping costs. Please accept my heartfelt regrets at the necessity of this decision.

Flat rates for shipping are as follows (these costs represent the lowest estimated cost available to me plus the cost of shipping materials):

  • Under 8oz - $7

  • 8oz to 1lb - $9

  • 1lb+ - $11

Shipping costs will be updated as necessary to reflect fluctuations in postage and cost of supplies.
